Who we are

LuyovaLab is a national diagnostic and health-intelligence platform. LuyovaLab is HIPAA compliant, and we maintain Business Associate Agreements with every partner that handles health information on our behalf. In this policy, “LuyovaLab,” “we,” and “us” mean LuyovaLab and LuyovaLab.com.

Information we collect

When you join early access, we collect the information you choose to share with us, such as your name, email address, and any details you add in the sign-up form. We also collect limited technical information, such as how you found us (for example, a link, ad, or QR code), your browser type, and general site activity. This helps us understand what brings people to LuyovaLab and improve the experience.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Manage your place in early access and keep you informed about LuyovaLab.

• Send you updates and stories you can choose to receive, at a frequency you control.

• Understand how people discover LuyovaLab, so we can reach others who share our mission.

• Keep our website secure and running well.

We never sell your information

LuyovaLab does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate, such as secure hosting and email delivery, and only as needed to provide our services. These providers are required to protect your information and may not use it for any other purpose.

Your health information

When you use LuyovaLab’s testing and results services, your health information is protected under HIPAA. It is handled only by LuyovaLab and partners bound by Business Associate Agreements, used only to deliver your services, and never used for advertising. Your results belong to you.

Connecting your Medicare records

If you choose to connect your Medicare information to LuyovaLab through Medicare’s Blue Button program, we access it only with your permission and only to show it alongside your LuyovaLab results. You decide whether to connect, and you can disconnect at any time.

How we protect your information

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit, restricted access, and secure, access-controlled systems. Only people who need your information to serve you can access it.

Your choices

• You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any message, or choose to hear from us less often.

• You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing privacy@luyovalab.com. We will respond promptly.

Children

LuyovaLab is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

As LuyovaLab grows, we may update this policy. When we do, we will post the new version here with a new effective date, and if the changes are significant, we will let you know.
